This 4-day advanced training is for Feldenkrais and ABM practitioners who work with children and adults. The focus of the April seminar is on rolling from the back to sitting. In July, we will do ATM lessons and FI techniques in sitting.

Improving each practitioner's hands-on skills and ways of thinking about the structure of their lessons, is of utmost importance. "Where to begin?" and "What to do next?" are questions that stay with us. The useful information that we can give our students, is what enhances their brain's plasticity and improves their overall functioning.

Nancy will show short videos, and present theory and techniques to illustrate a few common concepts from the Feldenkrais® Method (especially the Physics of Feldenkrais®) and ABM, NeuroMovement®. The Nine Essentials® from Anat Baniel, match up with current neuroscience research findings and are based on the basic principles of Dr. Feldenkrais.

Nancy Aberle understands from her 20 years of daily practice how to be able to create dynamic and effective lessons for both children and adults.
