This 17-day seminar is for Feldenkrais and Anat Baniel practitioners who are WORKING WITH CHILDREN. Our focus is on how young children with movement or neurological disorders can benefit from our work and improve how they co-ordinate their movement. Humans have a long apprenticeship from lying, to standing and walking. Regardless of where a child is in this process, we can give lessons that get that child’s brain to do its job better. Such learning can change the lives of children and their famlies.

The curriculum of each segment will be determined by the needs of the children and families who join us. If possible, the same children will come for all 3 segments and we will be able to follow the children's development during one entire year. These babies and children have neurological difficulties, including Cerebral Palsy, Genetic Syndromes and Brain Injury. During the practicum, practitioners will give lessons to the children with supervision of Nancy Aberle and Lynn Bullock. Nancy and Lynn are determined to bring this work to as many children as possible, and to support practitioners to learn to do so. They understand from their years of daily practice, how important it is to create effective lessons for children and to be able to "partner with the parents".

This practice-oriented seminar will include theory and techniques from “Anat Baniel Method(sm) for Children, based on the work of Dr. Feldenkrais”.

This 17-day seminar is not a substitute for the full ABM training that can be taken in Las Vegas. If you interested to become a certified ABM practitioner, contact:
